All course purchases made through the Social Wealth Academy website are considered confirmed after successful payment.

Before making a payment, students are advised to review the course description, syllabus, duration, learning outcomes and applicable course details carefully.

A course enrollment may be cancelled by contacting Social Wealth Academy support before the course access or digital learning materials have been activated, subject to the applicable refund conditions below.

Once course access has been activated or substantial digital course content has been accessed, cancellation may not be eligible for a refund.

A refund may be considered in the following situations:

• Payment was successfully deducted but the course enrollment was not activated.
• Duplicate payment was made accidentally for the same course.
• A technical issue caused an incorrect payment or enrollment.
• Social Wealth Academy cancels a course before the learner has started accessing the course.
• Any other case specifically approved by Social Wealth Academy after review.

Refunds generally will not be provided in the following situations:

• The student has already accessed the course content.
• Course videos or digital materials have been substantially viewed/downloaded.
• The student changes their mind after starting the course.
• The student does not complete the course.
• The student does not attend scheduled live sessions.
• The student does not use the course despite having access.
• The student purchased the course but failed to check the course details before payment.
• The student expected employment, income, followers, monetization or other specific results from the course.
• The student violates the course terms or shares course content with others.

If you accidentally make more than one successful payment for the same course, please contact us with the relevant transaction details.

After verification, the duplicate amount may be refunded through the applicable payment method.

If your bank account or payment method has been charged but the course enrollment shows as unsuccessful, please contact our support team.

We will verify the transaction.

If the payment was not successfully received by Social Wealth Academy, the amount may be automatically reversed by the payment gateway/bank according to their processing timelines.

Social Wealth Academy may verify the payment transaction, course enrollment status and course-access history before approving or rejecting a refund request.

Once a refund is approved, it will generally be initiated through the original payment method or the payment mechanism supported by our payment gateway.

The time taken for the amount to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the payment gateway, bank or payment service provider.

Payments on our website may be processed through third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay or other authorized payment service providers.

Social Wealth Academy does not control the processing time of banks or third-party payment providers.

If Social Wealth Academy cancels a course before the learner has started accessing the course, the learner may be eligible for a refund of the applicable course fee.

For live or scheduled courses, Social Wealth Academy may reschedule a session due to technical issues, instructor availability, emergencies or other circumstances.

Where possible, an alternative date/time or suitable arrangement will be provided.

Courses purchased under promotional offers, discounts, coupons or special campaigns may have specific cancellation or refund conditions.

Where applicable, the conditions displayed at the time of purchase will apply.

Course fees are charged for access to educational content and training.
